Frequently asked questions

Any logged-in user buying an eligible paid event can use FlexPay. You'll need to be signed in and accept the FlexPay Terms at checkout — that's it.

Yes. Your first payment just needs to be at least 30% of the total to reserve your spot. After that, you can put any amount you like toward the balance.

As many times as you like — even several times in a single day. Pay whenever it suits you, in whatever amounts work for your budget.

The instant your balance hits 100%, your QR ticket is generated and delivered automatically. No waiting, no extra steps.

If the balance isn't fully paid by the time the event starts, the plan is cancelled, the ticket isn't issued, and amounts already paid are forfeited — as set out in the FlexPay Terms. We always recommend finishing your plan in good time.

Refunds apply only to plans that aren't fully paid yet, and your first payment (the reservation deposit) is non-refundable. An approved refund returns only the installments you paid after the deposit, minus processing fees, if requested at least 48 hours before the event. Once a plan is fully paid, the ticket is settled to the organizer and can't be refunded through FlexPay.

Your first payment secures your reserved ticket and removes it from public inventory. Since organizers reserve your place immediately, this reservation payment can't be refunded.

Yes. FlexPay is on by default, but an organizer can switch it off for any individual event, so it won't appear on every listing.
