Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to ASIKKO. By using our website, services, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our platform.

1. Introduction

ASIKKO provides an online platform that enables users to discover, share, and purchase tickets to events, and allows event organizers and vendors to create, promote, and sell tickets to their events.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ticket Purchases and Payment Processing

All ticket transactions on ASIKKO are securely routed and processed through our payment gateway provider, Transactpay. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the listed ticket price plus any applicable service fees.

Please note that Transactpay charges a standard payment processing fee of 1.3 percent on all ticket purchase transactions. This fee is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

4. Multi-Ticket (Group) Orders

For eligible events, you may purchase multiple tickets in a single order ("Group Order"). When you create a Group Order, you may assign each ticket to a group member by providing their name and email address. By providing another person's details, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they have consented to receive the applicable communications and tickets from ASIKKO.

In a Group Order, each member pays their own share of the total through a secure payment link. The order completes when all members have paid their shares, at which point each member receives their own ticket. Group Orders expire twenty-four (24) hours after creation; if a Group Order is not fully paid within that window, no tickets are issued and any amounts already paid are handled in line with the event organizer's refund policy (or the FlexPay terms, where applicable).

The purchaser owns the financial order and is responsible for its completion. Each ticket holder owns their individual ticket and is responsible for attending with it. You agree not to create Group Orders for members without their knowledge or consent.

5. Ticket Transfers

Only the ticket holder — the person to whom the ticket is assigned — may transfer a ticket. To transfer, the holder provides the recipient's name and email address, and the recipient is sent a secure invitation link to review and accept the ticket.

Ownership of a ticket changes only when the recipient accepts the transfer. Until acceptance, the ticket remains with the sender and nothing changes. Upon acceptance, the sender's existing ticket and QR code are cancelled and a new ticket and QR code are issued to the recipient. Recipients who do not already have an ASIKKO account may be required to create or verify an account (including a guest account) in order to accept a transfer.

Transfers are recorded, including the sender, recipient, and timestamps, and are final once accepted. Transfer communications never include payment or pricing information. Tickets are only available for transfer where the ticket has been issued and the holder is eligible to transfer it; for example, FlexPay tickets are transferable only once the plan has been fully paid and the ticket issued. ASIKKO does not guarantee that every ticket is transferable, and transferred tickets remain subject to the event organizer's refund and admission policies.

6. Vendor Payouts and Withdrawals

Event organizers and vendors can request payouts of their cleared ticket sales earnings directly to their linked Nigerian bank accounts through the financial overview panel.

For each withdrawal transaction processed on our platform, a flat fee of 50 Naira (₦50) will be charged to cover administrative and banking network costs. This withdrawal charge is deducted automatically from the payout request amount.

7. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds

Refund policies are set and managed entirely by the individual event organizers. ASIKKO does not establish refund timelines, nor do we issue automatic refunds. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, buyers must contact the event organizer directly to initiate refund procedures.

8. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Event organizers must ensure that all event details, descriptions, locations, and ticket availability limits are accurate and do not mislead customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASIKKO is a venue hosting and ticketing software. We are not responsible for the actual hosting, execution, quality, safety, or legality of any event promoted on the platform. Any issues arising from the event itself are solely between the ticket buyer and the event organizer.
